Here is everything that is new and different. For the full product overview, visit the Plaud Intelligence page.

Ask Plaud

Ask Plaud now works in two ways: Chat and Work.

Chat is for quick answers. Ask what was decided in a meeting, search across your library, or find every time a topic came up. Chat reads your recordings and replies directly. It is instant and does not use Plaud Credits.

Work is for tasks. Give Plaud Agent something to do in plain language and it plans the steps, executes them, and delivers a finished result. Not a starting point. A completed output, delivered to the right place. Work is what runs your Routines, uses your Skills, generates Artifacts, and sends to Slack, Notion, your calendar, and more. Work uses Plaud Credits.

Routines

Before: AutoFlow automated your transcription and summary workflow only.

Now: Routines automate any Agent task. Set one in plain language and it runs automatically: by time, by event, or by keyword. You review the output. Plaud handles the rest.

Knowledge base

Before: Your recordings were stored in a flat list of folders.

Now: Everything is organised by time and event, so finding the right conversation takes seconds. Ask Agent inside a folder and it reads only what is in that folder, giving you precise, scoped results.

Artifacts (new)

Plaud Agent produces finished documents from your conversations: PDFs, slide decks (PPT), Word files (DOC), Markdown, and HTML. Every claim in the document links back to the exact moment in the transcript it came from.

Connectors (new)

Connect Slack, Notion, Google Calendar, Linear, and more. Plaud Agent can draw on context from your connected tools and deliver outputs to them. Your confirmation is required before anything is sent or posted. Connect via Zapier to reach additional third-party apps.

Skills (new)

Skills are reusable Agent playbooks. Define how a task should be handled and Agent follows those instructions every time, with consistent structure, tone, and format.

Create a Skill in four ways: upload a document, have a conversation with Agent, fill a form, or distil one from a past Artifact in a single tap. Browse and install Skills from the Skill Community, a library built by Plaud and the Plaud user community. If you work in legal, medical, sales, or consulting, Skill Suites give you a curated bundle ready to install in one tap.

Memory (new)

Tell Agent your role, your working style, and how you like tasks handled. It carries that context forward so you do not have to repeat yourself. Everything it stores is visible to you, and you can review, edit, or remove any of it at any time.

What has not changed

Everything you already rely on is still here. Recording works exactly as it always has. Transcription is just as reliable. Your AI summary is as powerful as ever, giving you a clear, full picture of every conversation.

Plaud Credits (new)

Credits power Ask Plaud in Work. Generating Artifacts, running Routines, using Connectors, and re-summarising recordings all consume Credits. Chat does not use Plaud Credits.

Every existing user receives a one-time gift of Plaud Credits when you update, valid for three months. No redemption code needed. Your Credits balance is visible in the Plaud Mobile App and on Plaud Web at any time.

The new Plaud Intelligence is rolling out in phases. Check for an update in the App Store or Google Play to get started.
