Plaud AI Annual Unlimited Plan

Currently, we offer two ways to purchase AI membership:

• Direct Subscription: You can subscribe to our AI membership directly through our mobile app or web platform.
• Activation Code: You can purchase a one-time AI membership on our official website and activate it by entering the activation code through the redemption portal in the mobile app.

We have two types of activation codes:

• Membership Activation Code: Includes comprehensive membership benefits.
• Transcription Quota Activation Code: Contains only transcription hours, must be used with existing membership.

When you use an activation code, the benefits will be immediately added to your account and take effect according to the following rules:

Membership Activation Code:

• If you are currently a Starter Plan user： After using a membership activation code, benefits will take effect immediately, with priority order: Unlimited Plan > Pro Plan.

• If you are currently a Pro Plan subscriber:
  
  After using a Pro Plan activation code, benefits will take effect after your current Pro Plan expires.
  
• If using an Unlimited Plan activation code, you will be immediately upgraded to Unlimited Plan, and your existing Pro Plan will resume after the Unlimited Plan expires.
  
• If you are currently an Unlimited Plan subscriber:
  
  After using a Pro Plan activation code, benefits will take effect after your current Unlimited Plan expires.
  
• If using an Unlimited Plan activation code, it will take effect after your current Unlimited expires.
  

Transcription Quota Activation Code:

• Transcription Quota activation codes can be activated at any time. The system will prioritize using transcription hours included in your membership Plan first. Once the transcription hours in your Plan are used up, it will start using hours from the Transcription Quota.

• The validity period of Transcription Quota activation codes can be stacked, with the most recent redemption setting the validity period.

After successful purchase, the activation code will be sent separately via email to the contact email address you provided during purchase. When using the activation code, please update the Plaud App to the latest version, and enter the activation code through the activation portal in the Plaud App to activate your membership benefits.

Unused activation codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend using it as soon as possible. When using the activation code, please update the Plaud App to the latest version, and enter the activation code through the activation portal in the Plaud App to activate your membership benefits.

Please contact support@plaud.ai with your purchase screenshot and activation code details to reactivate your code.

Once an Unlimited Plan activation code is used, refunds are not available. If you're unsure about committing to a year-long Unlimited Plan, we offer monthly subscription options for both Unlimited and Pro Plans in the Plaud APP, which you can cancel anytime.

The Plaud AI membership is designed to complement the capabilities of Plaud devices. To fully experience the benefits of the membership, you'll need to have a Plaud device bound with your account.

Your membership begins on the day you activate the membership plan. For example, if you activate the membership plan in the Plaud App today, your membership will start today and will renew on the same date next month.
