The PLAUD device is an amazing note taking and phone call recording tool. It does it with ease and peace of mind. I no longer need to take notes (unless my old habit kicks in). The pro plan membership fee is reasonable for 1,200 minutes per month. The cost for an extra 6,000 minutes for a two-year period is a little steep. If it was 6,000 minutes for a one-year period for half-the-price (like other competitors which I bought as well), then IMO, it would have won hands down.
It has a sleek design and easy operation. The templates are professional looking too and customizable.
