Payment methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB)
  • Paypal
  • Google Pay and Apple Pay (only available for payment with iphone and ipad)
  • Klarna & Afterpay

Notes:

  • Upon completing payment with a credit/debit card, temporary authorization to charge your account will be obtained. The actual deduction will occur either when your order is dispatched or upon expiration of the temporary authorization hold (6 calendar days), whichever happens earlier.
  • Payment method combinations are not permitted - each transaction must be completed using a single payment card per order.
  • If a PayPal dispute occurs before shipment, PayPal will withhold payment, forcing us to hold the order. Please settle the dispute to proceed with the order.
  • For your protection, orders are subject to the verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. PLAUD AI reserves the right to refuse an order if the order or payment information is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.

Will I be charged extra for buying PLAUD AI products?

It depends on your payment method. If you use an international bank card, the final price might change slightly due to currency exchange rates. Your bank or card provider might also add international transaction fees. These extra charges aren't shown on our website, and we aren't responsible for them. For details, contact your bank directly.

What if my payment doesn't go through?

If your payment is declined, you'll need to place a new order (we can't save declined orders). To avoid issues next time:

  • Double-check your contact info (phone/email). If shipping to a business, include your name.
  • Make sure your card details are correct (expiry date, billing address).
  • Enter the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
  • Contact your bank if they blocked the payment - they don't tell us why.
  • If everything looks right, try a different card or payment method.

Is my payment info safe?

Absolutely. We prioritize your online security. PLAUD AI uses strong protections to keep your credit card and personal details safe. We never share your payment information with third parties.
