Rewards are processed after your referral claim has been verified and all eligibility requirements have been met.

To qualify for a reward, the referred order must:

• be successfully fulfilled;
• remain active (not cancelled or fully refunded);
• pass our verification process.

Most eligible rewards are processed automatically. Exceptional cases may require additional review.

You only need to submit the claim form once. If multiple eligible purchases have been made using your referral link before you submit your claim, all verified eligible orders will be rewarded together.

No. You only need to submit the claim form once for each referral code. Future eligible purchases linked to the same referral code will be processed automatically.

No problem. As long as the order is eligible, it will be matched to your referral code after you submit your claim and included in your reward.

For example:

• The referred order has not yet been fulfilled.
• The referred order is within the verification period.
• The referred order has been cancelled or refunded.

Cancelled or fully refunded orders are not eligible for referral rewards. Orders with partial refunds may require additional review before a reward can be issued.
